Any hoot here is what we did in my September Technique Class....mark the date, Octobers Technique Class is right around the corner....October 4th at 3:00pm

Recipe: Stamp Set: Very Thankful and Symphony Wheel; Stock: Whisper White, Sahara Sand, Bermuda Bay and Rich Razzleberry; Ink: Bermuda Bay and Rich Razzleberry; Accessories: Vintage Brads and Assorted Punches.
To do this technique you would cut a piece of scrap paper the same size that will be rolled with a wheel (bermuda bay inked piece here). Then randomly punch holes using circle punches and the 5 petal punch. Then using repositional dotto, adhere it to the piece that will be used on the card. Then using your favorite wheel, wheel over the holes and sponge the edges of the holes. Once you have achevied your desired look, remove the piece of scrap paper and walla. Oh so easy!
The second technique is called Shadow Stamping. This gives your images a sort of 3D effect.
Recipe: shh don't tell but I used some retired DSP, I forgot the name of it but it was in the Spanish Catalog. :-)
Recipe: Stamp Set: Kind & Caring Thoughts; Stock: DSP and Very Vanilla; Ink: Always Artichoke, Certainly Celery; Accessories: Old Olive ribbon and Top Note Die.
Here are the directions which I got off the Stampin' Up! website.
1) Stamp image in lighter color; this will be the shadow.
2) Stamp image in darker coordinating color slightly off the first image to create main image. OR
1) Stamp image in VersaMark ink on dark card stock.
2) Stamp image a second time in Whisper White Craft ink slightly off the first image.
1) Stamp image in VersaMark ink on dark card stock, and let dry.
2) Rub the Embossing Buddy over your card stock, and then stamp image a second time in VersaMark ink slightly off the first image. Cover with Clear Stampin' Emboss powder and heat emboss.
Hope you enjoyed these, they were really fun to do, and yet really easy!
If you're not Stampin', you should be!

The first card I used my NEW Build A Bear stamp set "Beary Best Friends"
Here is the recipe for the card: Stamp Set: Beary Best Friends and WOW Flowers; Stock: Brilliant Blue, Whisper White, Only Orange; Accessories: Scallop 2 Big Shot Die, Brads, Certainly Celery Ribbon; Inks: Stayzon Black.
The second card used one of my favorite stamp sets that I really do not use often enough. It is the Just Buzzin By.
Here is the recipe for this card. Stamp Set: Just BuzzinBy and WOW Flowers; Stock: Dusty Durange, Crushed Curry, Whisper White and Razzleberry Lemonade DSP; Inks: Dusty Durango and Basic Black; Accessories: Scallop Circle Punch, Circle Punches, Spiral Punch.
I also had one card using only punches except for the setiment, which I will post later. This card took just a bit longer to do....next time I will pre-punch all the pieces and just let them put it together.
Stay tuned for my August Technique class samples. You'll be amazed what you could do with just a couple of punches.
Have a great stampin' day!
If you're stampin', you should be!
