September Technique Class

What's that two posts in one day...yup you are seeing that correctly. There's been a little down time at my job today.....shhhhh don't tell the boss ;-)

Any hoot here is what we did in my September Technique Class....mark the date, Octobers Technique Class is right around the corner....October 4th at 3:00pm

The first card we put together was using the technique called Chalkboard. It's always a lot of fun using materials I generally shy away from such as pastels.

Recipe:
Stamp Set: Trendy Trees and Oval All

Stock: Very Vanilla, Always Artichoke, Chocolate Chip and To The Nines Specialty DSP

Ink: Chocolate Chip, Always Artichoke and Whisper White Craft Ink

Accessories: Large Oval Punch, Scallop Oval Punch, Hemp twine, Antique Brads, Pastels

The second techniques uses one of my favorite techniques that I just don't use often enough, it is Reflection. It is soo fun and easy too and just in time for the Holidays!

Recipe:
Stamp Set: The More the Merrier

Stock: Whisper White, Brocade Blue

Ink: Brocade Blue and Stayzon

Accessories: Scallop Die, Old Olive Grosgrain Ribbon, Word Window Punch, Coluzzle Oval, Snowflake Embossing Folder, Colored pencils

Enjoy, and I hope this has given someone out there and idea for their Holiday Cards.

Have a great day everyone!
