Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Tomorrow is the wonderful day of stuffing ourselves silly!!!  Being Italian this is double the effect then normal.  Not only do we have Turkey and all the fixings, but we make it into a four to five course meal!!  We begin with Antipasto; then we have a form a soup (Italian Wedding or Escarole); then the pasta dish (Lasagna, Stuffed Shells or something like that); Turkey and or a Roast and all the fixings and then we end the meal with desert! It can take us up to 5 hours to eat....with a small nap in between for some.

This year however, my parents are finally forgoing the pasta course (what a surprise!). Just thought I would share a little of what goes on in an Italian house in the States :-)

I am also sharing this really quick and cute project (from Tanya of Tinkerin-in-ink).  I'll be making a bunch of these for a craft fair in December.  Those will be winter themed unlike this fall one.  I hope my sisters like them, because they will each get one tomorrow :-)

HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!!
ENJOY YOUR DAY!!!!
